Mental Health Clinician

cmr has partnered with multiple health services, seeking experienced mental health clinicians for multiple flexible locum contracts across regional NSW.

Working closely with a multi-diciplinary team, you will play a key part in expanding service capacity and delivering timely mental health support to clients.

Duties:

• Conduct triage, comprehensive assessments, risk assessment, and safety planning.
• Deliver short-term case management and assertive outreach.
• Provide brief psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate in care planning and discharge with internal and external stakeholders.
• Practice in accordance with Trauma-Informed Care and Recovery principles

The successful canidate will possess:

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing
• Eigibility for membership with the AASW or registration with AHPRA
• Experience in mental health clinical or community settings.
• Strong assessment and case management skills.
• Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel.
• Catagory A immunisations.
